Coach Dave's Pitch Count® Model 400 is a handheld battery operated electronic device, similar in size to a stopwatch. It can be used by an individual (baseball manager, coach, player, scout, parent or fan) to keep a running tally of the number of pitches thrown by a pitcher during a game or practice session, as well as the percentage of strikes thrown relative to the total number of pitches thrown.
The Model 400 automatically sounds an audible alarm at 75, 85, 95, and again at the 105-pitch mark to remind a coach the pitcher has thrown a given number of pitches. You can turn the alarm sound on and off. The Model 400 also includes a Stop Watch.
Pitch Count is easy to use and allows the user's eyes to remain on the pitcher's mechanics and/or game in general.
With Pitch Count you can track the performance of two pitchers at a time.
